By accessing or using Rebeam ("the Service"), operated by AAA Interactive Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rebeam is a multistreaming relay platform. You send a single RTMP stream to our servers, and we forward it in real time to your configured destinations on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube. We also provide live chat aggregation across connected platforms.
Your video and audio content passes through our relay servers but is never recorded or stored.
You must create an account to use Rebeam. You authenticate via our identity provider (WorkOS) using an email address or supported social login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and stream key.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rebeam, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
Rebeam offers free and paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly streaming minutes allowance. When you reach your limit, active streams will be disconnected automatically.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal — your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
To relay your stream, you must connect at least one destination platform (Twitch, YouTube) via OAuth. By connecting a platform, you grant Rebeam permission to:
You may disconnect a platform at any time from your dashboard. This revokes Rebeam's access and deletes stored tokens and destinations for that platform.
You retain all rights to the content you stream through Rebeam. We claim no ownership over your streams. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with:
You must not use Rebeam to:
Your stream key is a secret credential that authenticates your RTMP connection. Treat it like a password. If you believe your stream key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorised streams sent using your stream key.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption to your streams, including dropped connections, relay delays, or destination platform outages.
API requests are rate-limited to ensure fair access for all users. Automated or excessive use of the API beyond normal streaming operations may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your account.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebeam and AAA Interactive Ltd. accept no liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, stream interruptions, platform account actions, or data loss.
You may stop using Rebeam at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion via legal@rebeam.co.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.
Your use of Rebeam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
