Multistreaming: stream to multiple platforms at once
Rebeam lets you multistream to Twitch and YouTube with a single RTMP URL. No plugins, no feature bloat. Just paste your stream key into OBS and go live on both platforms at the same time.
Who should use multistreaming?
Multistreaming is valuable for any live streamer who wants to grow their audience, but it is especially useful for:
- New streamers who are still finding their audience and want to discover which platform works best for them without committing to just one.
- Growing creators who have built a following on one platform and want to expand to another without abandoning their existing community.
- Variety streamers who stream different types of content and want to tailor their presence across platforms while still broadcasting simultaneously.
Whether you stream games, creative content, music, or talk shows, multistreaming lets you maximise your reach without multiplying your effort.
Supported platforms
Rebeam currently supports multistreaming and multichat to two of the largest live streaming platforms in the world:
- Twitch. Easily manage your title, category and tags.
- YouTube. Easily manage your title, category, description and stream thumbnail.
You authorise Rebeam once and your connections persist until you choose to disconnect them.
Unified multichat for multistreaming
Multistreaming is only half the equation. When your audience is split across platforms, managing chat becomes a challenge. Rebeam's unified multi chat combines messages from Twitch and YouTube into a single feed, so you can read and respond to every viewer without switching between tabs. Multi chat is included on all plans, starting at £5/month.
How to start multistreaming with Rebeam
Getting started takes less than two minutes. Here is the step-by-step process.
1. Create your account
Sign up at rebeam.stream. The Starter plan is £5/month and includes 100 hours of multistreaming with unified chat, which is plenty to get started and run regular streams.
2. Connect your platforms
From your Rebeam dashboard, connect your Twitch and YouTube accounts. Rebeam requests only the permissions it needs: stream key access, channel management, and chat. Your credentials are encrypted and never shared with third parties.
3. Configure your stream
Set your stream title, category, and other details for each platform directly from the Rebeam dashboard. No need to open multiple browser tabs or switch between platform dashboards. Everything is managed in one place.
4. Go live with OBS
Copy your unique Rebeam RTMP URL and stream key from the dashboard. In OBS (or any RTMP-compatible streaming software), go to Settings, then Stream, select "Custom" as the service, and paste your Rebeam server URL and stream key. Click "Start Streaming" and you are live on every connected platform simultaneously.
That is all there is to it. There is no software to install, no plugins to configure, and no complex encoder settings to manage. Multistream with Rebeam.
More than just multistreaming
Rebeam also includes tools to help you engage your audience and customise your stream:
- Unified multichat. See Twitch and YouTube chat in one feed.
- Stream polls. Run live polls where viewers vote by typing in chat.
- Stream quizzes. Timed questions with scored answers and a live leaderboard.
- OBS overlays. Chat, alerts, poll, and quiz overlays with customizable colors.
